If you pay for a program and change your mind, you can get a full refund if you ask within 4 days of joining.
How it works
- It applies to every paid program: the small batch, the large batch, one-on-one and platform-only access.
- The 4 days start on the day your payment goes through.
- You get back the full fee you paid us, and you don't need to give a reason.
- After the 4 days, fees are not refundable.
How to ask
Email tutoring@prepgenix.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 86300 64488. Include the student's name and the program. Your message needs to reach us within the 4 days.
How the money comes back
Once we confirm your request, we send the refund through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. Stripe says a refund usually takes 5 to 10 days to show on your statement.
Free trial and free downloads
The free trial and the free downloads cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. The trial never turns into a paid plan by itself.
The +100 point guarantee is separate
The guarantee isn't a refund. If a small-batch student meets every condition and gains less than 100 points, the student gets the next 3-month small batch free. The terms of service list the conditions.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't take away any right you have under consumer protection law.
