These terms cover prepgenix.com, the student portal, our coaching programs and the free trial. By using the site or portal, or by paying for a program, you agree to them. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to them too.
Who we are
PrepGenix is run by Vaibhav Sharma as a sole proprietor in India. You can reach us by email at tutoring@prepgenix.com or on WhatsApp at +91 86300 64488.
Programs and enrolment
We run four programs: a small batch of 5 to 8 students, a large batch of 100 to 200 students, one-on-one coaching, and platform-only access with no live classes. All classes are online.
We only enrol students who qualify, and we decide whether a student qualifies. Before you pay, we send you the program, its length, what it includes and the fee in writing, by WhatsApp or email.
Fees and payment
- The fee we quote in writing is the full amount you pay us for that program. We don't add sign-up fees or other charges later.
- Payments go through Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- The SAT registration fee is paid to College Board, not to us, and isn't part of our fee.
- Your bank or card provider may charge its own fees, for example on a payment in another currency.
Refunds
You can get a full refund if you ask within 4 days of joining a paid program. After that, fees are not refundable. The refund policy has the details.
The +100 point guarantee
A small-batch student who meets every condition below is guaranteed an official SAT score at least 100 points above their own baseline.
Who it covers
Students in the small batch (48 hours of live classes, 5 to 8 students). The large batch, one-on-one and platform-only access don't come with the guarantee.
The baseline
Before the first session, the student takes a diagnostic mock in the PrepGenix portal. That score is the baseline, and it must be under 1300. The mock only counts if every module is at least 80% answered and uses at least half its time. If it doesn't, the student takes it again.
The conditions
- The student attends all 48 hours of classes.
- The student completes at least 80% of the daily question quota in the portal.
- The student completes both mocks in the program.
The portal tracks the daily quota while the program runs, so nothing is judged after the fact.
How it's measured
Against the official score report from the student's next SAT, shared within 30 days.
What you get
If the student meets every condition and the official score is less than 100 points above the baseline, the student gets the next 3-month small batch free.
The guarantee doesn't promise admission to any college.
The free trial
- The trial gives 3 days of access to practice questions, one full adaptive mock test and a study plan. It costs nothing and needs no card.
- Access ends by itself after 3 days, and nothing is charged.
- Each person gets one free trial. We limit trials by email address, phone number, browser and network, and may turn down a sign-up that looks like a repeat.
- You must be 13 or older to start a trial. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree.
Accounts
- Keep your password to yourself. Each account is for one student and can't be shared.
- If a coach created your account, the coach can reset its password.
- Paid portal access lasts for the length of your program.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing the account, copying the question bank or trying to get into parts of the portal it can't normally reach. If we do, we tell you why.
Using our materials
The questions, explanations, mock tests, videos, guides and the SAT Score Vault on PrepGenix are for your own study. Don't copy, sell, share or republish them, or collect them with automated tools. The files on our free resources page come with their own permission to embed.
Scores and the SAT
- Scores in the portal are estimates from practice tests. Only College Board issues official SAT scores.
- SAT and Bluebook are trademarks of College Board. College Board is not affiliated with PrepGenix and does not endorse this site or the portal.
- College Board sets test dates, fees and rules, and can change them. Our guides link to College Board's own pages so you can check.
What we can promise
We teach carefully and work to keep the portal running, but a student's result depends on their own work, and the portal may sometimes be unavailable. Apart from the +100 point guarantee, we don't promise a particular score. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
Other services
WhatsApp, Stripe and YouTube have their own terms, which apply when you use them through our site.

Complaints and disputes

Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, we change the date at the top of the page. The terms in place when you paid for a program apply to that program.
