Question-and-Answer Service
The Question-and-Answer Service was the paper-era College Board product that returned a copy of the test booklet, the student's answers and the correct answers after a sitting. It was discontinued with the move to the digital SAT.

Why it matters
Its absence is the reason retake planning has to be built on practice tests. A real administration now returns performance by domain and nothing more, so no student can review the specific questions they missed on a scored SAT. Every piece of question-level evidence you will ever have comes from practice.
What people get wrong
Waiting for it to come back, or believing a score report will eventually show the questions. It will not. The practical move after a disappointing sitting is to map the domain-level result onto your own practice data rather than trying to reconstruct questions from memory.
