What's actually different about your situation
Your constraint is the calendar, and it is unforgiving in a specific way: the October sitting is the last comfortable one before early-round deadlines in early November, and November is Regular Decision only. That means your preparation window is measured in weeks, so the work has to be narrow. This is the situation where trying to fix everything guarantees fixing nothing.

Sequence matters more than volume here. Doing step three first is the most common way this goes wrong.
Find the single largest error category from your last sitting's domain breakdown and work only that. You do not have time for a second one.
Check whether your colleges superscore before deciding what to prepare. If they do, a lopsided retake that lifts one section is a clean win.
Register for October, not November, if any school on your list has an early deadline.
Decide the submit-or-withhold question per school, not once for the whole list.
